Favorite quote : Recognise the other person is you I am honoured and truly grateful to be able to teach the importance of love and connection between parents and children through working with women in pregnancy and men and women in the postnatal period. I believe love creates love and that a parent is a child’s first teacher. Through self love, compassion, empathy and positive communication the strongest relationships are born and what we experience as children creates an emotional blueprint for relationships for the rest of our lives. Children are our future. Teaching love and kindness through these early relationships has the power to shape and change our world. My work in Malawi has enabled me to help touch the lives of women and children in poverty and create hope and opportunity for the future.
