The KarmaLove Ritual Box is one of them.
Inside, you will find eight natural stick incenses — each one named after one of the eight limbs of yoga: Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi. Each scent is a different invitation. Together, they trace the full arc of the journey inward — from the world outside to the stillness at the centre of yourself.
Every element in this box has been made by hand, in Nepal, with care and intention:
The eight incenses are crafted from natural Himalayan herbs and resins by a family workshop with generations of tradition. No synthetic fragrance. No shortcuts. Just plants, smoke, and time.
The incense holder is formed from clay — simple, grounded, impermanent in the most beautiful sense. It holds the stick the way a meditation cushion holds a body: steadily, without demand.
The Kucho is a traditional Nepalese incense broom, hand-bound from natural fibres. Used to gently clear the ash after each ritual. A gesture of completion.
The Reflection Lokta Book — "A love note to myself from my heart" — is made from handmade Lokta paper, a Nepalese tradition centuries old. A small, quiet companion for what arises when the smoke settles.
The KarmaLove Quote Cards, also printed on Lokta paper, carry four invitations into the ritual: My Home Is The Present Moment · Inhale Love, Exhale Gratitude · Be You, Be Now, Be Love · Let Your Mind Fall In Love With Your Heart.
The outer box is wrapped in dark handmade Lokta paper — printed with the KarmaLove symbol in silver.
This box was inspired by Mha Puja — a Nepalese celebration of the self, meaning "worship of self". Not as vanity, but as the quiet recognition that the care we offer outward must first be rooted inward.

About The Ritual Box - A Journey of Eight
The ancient yogis understood something we keep forgetting: the path inward has a structure. They called it Ashtanga — the eight limbs. Not eight rules. Eight doors. Each one opens into the next, and together they describe the full arc of a life lived from the inside out. Yama asks us to look at how we move through the world. Niyama asks us to look at how we live with ourselves. Asana roots us in the body — the first and most honest teacher. Pranayama reminds us that the breath is always already here, always already free. Pratyahara is the quiet turning — the moment we withdraw from the noise and begin to listen. Dharana is the gathering of attention — learning to stay. Dhyana is what happens when staying becomes effortless. Samadhi is not a destination. It is the recognition that you were never separate from what you were looking for. Each incense in this box carries one of these eight qualities — not as a concept to understand, but as a scent to inhabit. Light one. Sit with it. Let the smoke do what words cannot. This is not a product. It is a practice.
Once the wool is received from Inner Mongolia, it is processed by our family run factory in Kathmandu. An assortment of special, hand-run equipment then weaves the yarns into the desired shape, followed by hands-on traditional screen printing, which stamps each product with an uplifting, spiritual message.
Washing & Drying
Wash in cold water (30°C or below), preferably by hand or using the delicate setting on your washing machine. After washing, gently stretch the product to help restructure and reshape the natural fibers. Always dry the product naturally on a flat surface and away from direct sunlight. To remove wrinkles, steam or iron the product while it is still slightly damp using a low heat setting, or use the steam setting on your iron. Make sure the product is completely dry before storing.
