Shipping
Shipping to Germany is €4.50 flat.
Shipping to all other European countries is €9.90 flat.
Shipping to Switzerland is CHF 18.00 flat.
Shipping to the United States and Canada is €25.00 flat.
Shipping to all other available countries is €25.00 flat.
Orders within the European Union and Switzerland with a total value of €200 or more are shipped free of charge (standard shipping).
Orders to the United States and Canada with a total value of €150 or more are shipped free of charge.
Express shipping, where available, is always charged separately.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply. These charges are collected by the carrier or your local customs authority upon delivery — they are not included in our prices, and KarmaLove does not receive any part of them.
A note for our friends in the United States: since US customs regulations changed in 2025, import duties now apply to all shipments from abroad, regardless of order value. We believe in honest prices — what you pay at checkout is ours, what customs charges is your country's. We cannot calculate these charges in advance, but as a guide, they are typically a percentage of your order value plus a small carrier processing fee.

Returns
You have the right to return the merchandise within fourteen days without giving any reason.
