I trust myself. I bless myself. I love myself. I forgive myself.

Four sentences that lead you back to yourself. Not affirmations to memorise, but a quiet reminder: the relationship you have with yourself is the foundation for all others.

At 190 × 130 cm, this scarf is made for wrapping up. As a cape over your shoulders, a blanket on the sofa or on a plane, a small retreat on days that ask more than you expected to give. It warms, protects and holds you – quite naturally.

The words run as a border all around the scarf; the centre is filled with a calm, geometric pattern.

100% cashmere, 28/1

190 × 130 cm · XL

Color: Cacao Cream – chocolate brown and camel on natural white

Handcrafted in Nepal

About the quote: Self Love.

"I trust myself. I bless myself. I love myself. I forgive myself." These are not affirmations. They are rememberings. In a world that constantly asks us to look outward for validation, these four sentences turn the gaze back inward — gently, without force. To trust yourself is to stop waiting for permission. To bless yourself is to recognise that you are already enough. To love yourself is not vanity — it is the foundation from which everything else is given. And to forgive yourself is perhaps the deepest act of all: releasing what you have been carrying, so you can move forward unencumbered. Worn together, these words are a practice. A quiet daily reminder that the relationship you have with yourself is the one that shapes all others.

Once the wool is received from Inner Mongolia, it is processed by our family run factory in Kathmandu. An assortment of special, hand-run equipment then weaves the yarns into the desired shape, followed by hands-on traditional screen printing, which stamps each product with an uplifting, spiritual message.

Washing & Drying

Wash in cold water (30°c or below), preferably by hand or with the delicates setting by washing machine.
Give your scarf a gentle stretch when it comes out of the wash to restructure and reshape the natural fibres.
Always dry naturally, on a flat surface and out of direct sunlight.
It is best to steam or iron your scarf while it is still slightly damp on a low heat setting, or alternatively use the steam setting on your iron.
Make sure the scarf is completely dry before storing away.
